About Us

History

Ventron Realty Corp. was established in 1993 as a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Ottawa Canada and 2001 in Boca Raton, Florida. In it’s early years Ventron specialized in the leasing and sales of retail properties, eventually moving into the brokerage of multifamily properties. From 1993, Ventron grew to become one of the largest multifamily brokerages in Canada, completing transactions that totaled over 10,000 units. The company succeeded by finding under-performing properties in markets poised for growth and selling that opportunity to its strategic partners.

After watching the success of Ventron's clients, company founder, Ron Eisenberg began to see the long-term potential of multi-family investing. The proprietary Strategy he developed for the acquisition of multi-family assets led to maximizing the value and return for his clients and partners. He entered the market aggressively in 2002 with the acquisition of five properties in Tampa, Florida. Since 2002 Ventron has acquired 28 properties in the Atlanta and Tampa market, totaling well over six thousand units. They have since sold 3 in Tampa returning a sizable profit to their investors. They continue their aggressive growth strategy with the long-term goal of becoming a premier property management firm into the next decade and beyond.

Ronald Eisenberg, President and CEO

Ronald is owner and founder of the Ventron Group of Companies and has had a successful business career spanning 35 years. Ronald started out in the Real Estate Industry as a Commercial Broker. He specialized in the sale of multi-family properties, and successfully sold over 10,000 units to sophisticated Investors, and he saw the tremendous opportunity available to Investors who own multi-family properties. Ronald gained a reputation as a leading Broker in the industry, and slowly started to buy property with partners who knew and trusted him. Ronald moved his family to Florida in the summer of 2002, and over the next six years has amassed a portfolio of 20 Apartment communities totaling approximately 6,600 apartments in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia. He has since sold 3 communities in Florida, and proudly timed the market perfectly.

Ronald’s Limited Partners consist of successful business people as well as sophisticated real estate operators from Canada who saw the opportunity and the value in the U.S. market. They have confidence in Ronald’s ability to seek out undervalued property, acquire and manage it, to create additional value. Ventron has gained a strong reputation with the Brokerage community as a serious Investor who closes on deals they contract to buy.

Stewart Glazer, Director of Acquisitions and Development

Stewart has been with the Ventron organization since 2006. Born in Montreal, Quebec, Stewart has been active in the real estate business in the United States for over 19 years. Crediting over $500 million in acquisitions during his career, $132 million are exclusive to multi-family properties for Ventron. His market knowledge encompasses the South East, Texas and Ohio.

Finding profitable transactions to present to the Ventron investor pool is the greatest challenge Stewart faces. Each opportunity must be priced accordingly to meet Ventron’s expectations for investment opportunity whether it is short or long term. In addition, Stewart’s development of client relationships is a strength that has made him an asset to the success of Ventron. He works closely with potential investors so that he is able to understand their specific goals and can confidently present the multi-family investment knowing it will meet their financial requirements.

Michael Mancino, Acquisitions and Investor Development

Michael has been with the Ventron organization since 1997. Born in Perth, Ontario, Michael graduated with a three-year Business Administration Diploma, and is in the process of earning CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He is licensed in both Ontario, Canada and Florida. Michael has been active in the real estate business in Canada from 1976 to 2001, and successfully assisted since 1997 in the sale of over 10,000 units in Canada. Since moving to Florida in 2002 along with Ron Eisenberg, Michael has assisted in the acquisition of over 500 million in multi-family residential properties. Michael also works closely with Stewart Glazer, sourcing additional Equity Investors.

Lorena Pal, Vice President

Lorena Pal moved to the United States from Romania in 1989 where she has received her Associate degree in Sociology from Gordon College, a Medical Assistant Degree from Medix School, and a Bachelors of Arts in History from Georgia State University. Her career in America started with Kaiser Permanente working as the Medical Assistant to the Chief of Staff in Internal Medicine. She then taught at Georgia Medical Institute for three years where she was the youngest faculty member and also received “Teacher of the Year” Award in 2001. At the end of 2001 Lorena decided to pursue a career in Property Management and so she began her career as a Leasing Consultant with Berkshire Realty. Since then she has worked in Property Management and has held the positions of Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Leasing Area Manager. She was also involved with Commercial Property Management and served as an adviser to recipient of the Georgia Cities Foundation's “Renaissance Award” John Lewis.

Lorena's role at Ventron is to lead the team of Marketing Specialists and troubleshoot on challenged properties. Her goal is to be instrumental in utilizing her passion and knowledge in teaching and property management and is hopeful she can motivate and challenge herself along with all Ventron staff members to deliver exceptional work that leads to extraordinary results.

Service requests can be submitted by telephone, email or directly to our leasing office, and they will be handled as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. At the Ventron, we recognize the responsibility we have to our residence.

Excellence in Marketing

Sales and marketing is the front line of our business. Ventolin designs specific marketing plans for every property tailored to its budget, demographics and submarket occupancy strengths or challenges. In addition to pro-active marketing, we price our units and amenities strategically to ensure rents are maximized and we are at the top of our market.  Real estate is cyclical, and it's imperative that new and innovative marketing techniques are used to capture more leases than the competition. Finally, our sales teams receive ongoing training to ensure they have the tools to be the best in the industry, and they are evaluated regularly to ensure the training is being utilized.
