Ventron Realty Corp. was established in 1993 as a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Ottawa Canada and 2001 in Boca Raton, Florida. In its early years Ventron specialized in the leasing and sales of retail properties, eventually moving into the brokerage of multifamily properties. From 1993, Ventron grew to become one of the largest multifamily brokerages in Canada, completing transactions that totaled over 10,000 units. The company succeeded by finding under-performing properties in markets poised for growth and selling that opportunity to its strategic partners.
After watching the success of Ventron's clients, company founder, Ron Eisenberg began to see the long-term potential of multi-family investing. The proprietary Strategy he developed for the acquisition of multi-family assets led to maximizing the value and return for his clients and partners. He entered the market aggressively in 2002 with the acquisition of five properties in Tampa, Florida. Since 2002 Ventron has acquired 28 properties in the Atlanta and Tampa market, totaling well over six thousand units. They have since sold 3 in Tampa returning a sizable profit to their investors. They continue their aggressive growth strategy with the long-term goal of becoming a premier property management firm into the next decade and beyond.

My career experience with Ventron has been an amazing one – coming from the Retail industry to Property Management gave me a new outlook on the importance of Customer Service and the Property Management industry. I was given the opportunity by the Vice-President – Lorena Pal to join the organization in 2015 as a Leasing Agent. I was so intrigued with my new role and wanted to do my very best – that I tried to learn as much I could about the industry.
During my first year I received an award for “Over 100 leases” and shortly afterwards I was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Additionally, my first year as an APM – I achieved “Assistant Property Manager of the Year” and two years later I was promoted to a “Property Manager.
My accomplishments would be impossible without the tremendous support I receive daily from the Owner – Ron Eisenberg, the Senior team and my team. I welcome additional learning opportunities with Ventron.

My Experience has been GREAT! I started as a Marketing Ambassador and now I am a Leasing Agent, working my way to Management.
